Shade of background on palettes of CS6

I would like to see the tools, layers and other palettes on a lighter shade of gray to stand out a little more.

Camera RAW 7 interface

Please make the interface for camera RAW 7 look the same as the new lightroom and photoshop interface. In all three programs the interface looks new and more modern but the camera raw looked like it was from an older version. Some likes the light grey version better but i would like it to look like the other interface. So please give me the option to choose.

Buttons in forms

Please create a way that I can create buttons other than using the forms menu OR when I do create a button using the forms menu have a way to disable the purple "Please fill out the following form. If you are a form author, choose Distribute Form in the Forms menu to send it to your recipients" message without having to distribute it to my self and then send back to myself and download the version without the message. It is very annoying. Thank You.
