Beginning July 9th, 2013 we will be updating the version of our "extended support release" from Flash Player 10.3 to Flash Player 11.7 for Mac and Windows. For example, earlier this year he solved a case that hinged on Windows registry permission issues. "It took many weeks, and reading through many megabytes of logs from Microsoft Process Monitor," Pat remembers.
Pat has some advice for people needing troubleshooting help: "Many users seem to assume that we automatically know if they are using a Mac, or Windows, or Linux, or Android, or... Or perhaps they don’t think it matters. If the user provides details like operating system, browser, etc. with the first post, then often the user can get a resolution with a single reply."
