Allow multiple fields to be put on one line when designing a form. Currently only support one field per line
Have a unique id value be system generated for each response submitted.
From Milesguy: I noticed there's no "Phone number" setting for field validation. Consequently, I had to use a "Text" field in order to fill in the form thus allowing me to use the ubiquitous hyphens (or slashes, or parenthesis, or periods) used in phone numbers. Also, as an additional precautionary workaround to minimize user entry errors, I utilized the "Include Help Text" option as well as limited the character count to Min: 7 and Max: 12. People routinely mistype their phone numbers an …
Need to automatically calculate specific form fields similar to what is allowable in Adobe Acrobat Pro. This capablity would allow for a more useful Pay Now option. Currently our users are having to calculate their own payment amount. Would be an especially useful enhancement (if only for simple multiplication or addition between fields) if we could automatically calculate the amount payable.
I'd like the ability to add a table to my form to be filled out by users. I would specify the columns, and users would fill them out. I would like to have the option to let each table column be a column on the same response table, or choose to have values entered into the table be saved as a separate form response table. I would also like there to be an option to let the user filling out the form to add more rows as needed.
It would be great to allow electronic signatures on forms prior to submissions, or even at review and approval.
It would be really great if we could modify the header and footer of the email notification with data in hopes of branding it prior to sending to a client. Is it possible to create this feature - basically just allowing us to upload a logo for the header instead of the adobe banner and in the footer we could put our contact information. Thanks, Omri
I would like to request an option to organize my forms. The ability to create folders or directories to sort and organize my forms.
Provide an option to put a Captcha on a form to stop SPAM bots from submitting my form
When the receiver of email containing link chooses the link and submit again, multiple entries as form's response, instead of updating the form. Very often receiver of forms may want to update their submission but can't. Forms Central can allow user to repeat their form submission and update their submission. This can be facilitated in 2 ways: 1 On form design: allow one field to be designated as 'Submission ID' field. OR 2 At Form Option tab, allow designer to designat a form field as …
PDF forms allow users to save the form while filling it out and then submitting later. Since some feature do not work in PDF forms users may still need the ability to save a web form. If there are other reasons why PDF forms don't work for this please add comments below.
Let's say my first question on my form is are you a company or private as radio buttons and depending on which one they press, then various other options will appear below from the show hide logic, pertaining to whether they are company or private. Now if I know that 95% of my users are company - then it would be hugely advantageous to be able to have a default for this question as company radio button checked. Just one example of many places a default value could be useful.
Would it possible to include a feature where the administrator can set a password to protect sensitive information within the form? e.g. the user is confronted with a password request before being able to access, and complete, the online form.
We love forms central. Are there any plans in the works for an editor/results viewer interface on iOS? That would be awesome. Turner
Hello,I propose the following idea: the possibility to send it to the submitter only one module and not more than one. For example, Adobe Forms Server Central, could recognize the e-mail and do not submit multiple forms, but only one for each submitter.
neary many people fill the forms daily by everyone, but some forms should filled some memders only.by giving password and user name to them to login the form and correct it and keep avalability for some days.and ansure that fill form for one at a time as designer design. if you like it send me nice to email
It would be great if a submitter (someone filling out the form) could save the form part way through and then come back to it. Sometimes people will start filling out a form, realize they need more information to finish it, but don't want to lose the answers they already gave. Adobe could save the form by creating a unique URL for it that the submitter could come back to when ready.
I would like to have the option of being able to print off the individual responses to my online form in the actual form. I would like to create a grant request and be able to print off the individual responses on the actual request. Right now I believe the only option available is to have the responses placed in a spreadsheet type document.
It would be great to be able to use copy and paste to populate dropdown fields, rather than filling one option at a time. It's especially anoying with long lists such as country, province, etc.
Can the summary report be updated when filtering your responses? This would be helpful when we survey our department and are looking at summarizing specific data.
My idea, I beleive, is very simple. Would it be possible to add an expiration date and/or time to forms? I know that you can manually Open and Close forms, but it would be nice if I can automatically set the date and time to close the form. We hold event tastings on certain Sundays for weddings. Guests have until 5 days prior to the tasting to sign up. Unfortunately that falls on my one day off during the week. I often forget to close the form, which causes problems for me and the kitchen. …
I've been asked to put this on a form several times now... but not yet possible. The feature I've been asked for is that applicants can enter their email twice and be informed if they don't match. I imagine this is an expansion of either... Show/Hide to give a warning message if they don't match based on a field entry comparison rather than on a boolean comparisonAn extra datatype 'Verified Email' that shows two entry fields but returns one (verified) email address to the responses form (q …
I think it would be really beneficial for users to be able to integrate EchoSign with this program for legal purposes on special forms (HR related docs, etc.). I'm limited to the number of forms I can use this program for, even though I'd like to use it for all!
Integrate FormsCentral with payment providers like PayPal. Users will fill out the form then be redirected to PayPal to pay for their purchase. The total amount purchased and a transaction ID will be shown in the FormsCentral response table. Examples: Registration form - Registrants can pay their registration feeDonation form - Charities can collect donationsOrder form - The form can act like a shopping cart - respondents pick the items they want then purchase them
Add syntax to allow a form's text field, or the header, body of a response (e-mail or form) to include the values of completed fields. [Field 1] Contact Name _______________ Later... Thank you, %%CONTACT_NAME%%, for submitting your response. Create a syntax for each field type, such as numerical field, radio button, multi-select, etc.
I think it would be nice if the e-mail confirmation someone gets after submitting a form is custom to a certain response indicated on the form. For example if I have a drop down menu of states and they choose the state of Alabama, they would get an e-mail confirmation that included our Alabama salesman's contact information and different information depending on the state chosen.
I'd like to request a feature for the graphs that will give an average score. For example from 1-5, score being 4.83 or 3.91 out of 5 Image 1 shows what Forms can do now. Image 2 shows what I would like forms to do in the future. I look forward to hearing back.
When using a form that may contain a few hide/show branching and skipping questions. There may be quite a few questions that are not answered. When the notification arrives it shows all questions answered and those that are not have a hyphen. Could it be possible to have an option so that the questions that do not have an answer and the resulting hyphen are not sent in the summary notification. What do others think? More options in email notification summaries please.
Once a specified number of responses has been received the form should be automatically closed.
Printing form results as PDF works, but not in original or form/filler view. I understand this is being worked on. An alternative improvement would be the option to skip all fields in the PDF print that were skipped in the form questionnaire due to skip logic rules. I'm currently printing about 8 pages, for about 1 completed page of data, due to extensive use of skip logic. The blank questions/fields are currently printing, even though I don't need them. Had a great response to my last …
