Hi All,
You may have noticed lately that posts from "Community Help" are being generated in the forum now. These posts come from Help documentation. Where we used to have comments, at the bottom of the page there is now link that says, "Discuss this Page." Click the link to ask a question in the form of a post. This post ripples in to the Help forum where we call can see the problem and comment. This forum post is available in both Help and the forum.
This is a change we made to get more discussion going for people that actually need Help. Both After Effects and Premiere Pro were the first forums to adopt this new behavior. Now all Help systems are doing this.
While we think this will be a great asset to the community, we are experiencing a few problems. For example, a "blank post" might show up which is confusing. The moderators are doing their best to delete these posts while our tech staff has a closer look at this issue.
On behalf of Adobe, I just wanted to say thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement this change.
