You may submit both feature requests as well as bug reports through the Adobe Feature Request/Bug Report Form
If for some reason Adobe Acrobat crashes and you are prompted to submit a crash report, we highly encourage you to do so.
We really do read all of the bug reports and feature requests that are submitted, and the software really does get a lot of benefit from detailed crash reports.
