Adobe ExportPDF will convert the vast majority of PDF files available today, including PDF files containing scanned documents. There are a few types of PDF files that cannot be converted, however. These include, but are not limited to, PDF Portfolios, PDF files that require a password to open the document, or PDF files that have permissions applied to prevent copying, or altering of the content.
