I did everything possible to fix these erratic crap

Im having the same problems as everyone else stop background programs the use flash.uninstall with tool done the reset zip tool with microsoft program together.DONE what that hyper link has suggested and still here i am .until the issue is cleared up and i have gotten some help from adobe im running firefox ....SO HELPPPPPPP PLEASE

If I am entering this in the wrong place I'm sorry but I need help.I have followed these steps to un install old flash and re install new flash.
Download un install tool save to desktop.I have made sure all programs are closed.
It says to restart computer,should it shut down after un installing the old flash player?well it does not shut down.I shut down manually.I then restart through all programs as per instructions.I install new flash player but dont get the instalation complete video.Then I go to comp>c;drive>windows>system32>macromed>flash.Then sec tab,everyone,edit,tick full control and do same for flashutil10a. I cant play the video.Whats wrong.Please help.
