How to move and centre spry menu bar?

Hi all.

I am very new to web design and am using the trial version of DreamWeaver CS4 so sorry if this is a silly question.
I have inserted a spry menu on my page but I cannot get it to centre on my page in line with my banner. It always goes to the very left of my page where I dont want it.

If anyone could help me out and instruct me on how to move the Spry Menu to the centre or in general move it where I want it would be very much appreciated.
