Questions regarding JRunserver.store file update

Hello,

I have a question regarding Jrun cluster and jrunserver.store file. We are using Jrun with updater 6 in production and IIS 6 as webserver. I recently noticed that, this file keep getting updated for certain time interval in runtime. Can you tell when will this file gets updated?

Is there anyway i can set it in the property file for not updating this file automatically.
