Where are the libs?

Hi,
I'm experimenting with using another language (haXe) and then compiling it to javascript to run in an adobe app.

However I need to import the the application libraries into my project and I'm wondering where they are, or if it's possible? Is it possible to access the api from elsewhere?

    Sorry, me again.
    In an effort to define the issue better, let's leave out the compiling issue and all that.

    Is it possible to write ExtendScript from another IDE like JSEclipse, or am I confined to the ExtendScript Toolkit?
