Adobe PRC specification

Hi,

in lieu of an answer on my question regarding an API / SDK for writing my own PRC files, can *anyone* point me to the actual PRC specification?

There are many blog entries around the world saying "Adobe has released the PRC specification", and linking to http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat3d/, but I cannot find the spec there.

This basically is a "bump" of Michail's forum post here: http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.3c061c9f

    In case you are still looking for the specs, you can find it here:

    Note also that the Acrobat 9 SDK includes now a 3D SDK to read/write PRC.

    IMHO, it'd be logical to put the specs or a link to them at

    http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat3d/

    next to the link to U3D specs.

    It is worth mentioning that that one more version of the spec can be found

    in an ISO Working Draft of PRC format at

    http://pdf.editme.com/files/PDFE/SC2N570-PRC-WD.pdf

     

    It seems to be more complete than the html docs in Acrobat SDK, really welcome are some additional explanations of what

    the parameters really are for, where SDK version has just their names and types.
