Adobe Reader- Read Out Loud Feature

When using the Read Out Loud Feature I've noticed that there are only two mechanical sounding voices to chose from, one male and one female. Is there an option setting where I can use my own voice?

The voices are supplied by Microsoft (assuming it is Windows). They
may have more.

Aandi, thank you for the quick response. Does this feature allow us to use our own voice?

Not so far as I know. Creating a voice for reading is not about
recording samples, but about creating a kind of robotic voice,
something which is an enormous amout of highly skilled work. (Though I
don't work in the area and may have it wrong).
