You should be able to go to File > Open and navigate to a folder where you have some raw files from your camera and select one of the raw files. That will open up the Camera Raw dialog box for you.
When I try to open raw files in the organizer in PS5E, a red square appears, and the file is locked, I cant find a way to unlock them, could someone help please.
