adding contact info to a form

Is there a way to set up a form so that I can grab the contact information from my Outlook data base and have it populate fields in my acrobat form?

Not directly; you'd need to go through an intermediate step, like exporting the contacts into an ODBC-accessible database.



You could also create up a SOAP web service that the form could call, that would do the Outlook lookup.
