Multiple policies, one document

Can I add two policies to one document with different offline leases? I want to manipulate offline access by username without having to maintain two sets of documents.

    At a time only one policy can be applied to a single document
    and with in a policy you have different levels of permissions for different users

    OK but the offline lease period applies to the whole policy, you can't alter it for individual users.

    Correct, one can control which users have offline access within a policy, but its not possible to give different users different offline leases.
