I have form that I want user to fill out. I want them to send it via email or print and not save the information that was typed into it.

Where or how do you put that type of security?

Thank you!

Anyone with Acrobat can save a filled in form. Perhaps conveniently

for you, users with Reader cannot. However, this is not about

security, but program features.

The form i produced can not be saved by the people in my company. Reader does not allow them to save the document and this makes the form useless. It should be accessible by anyone in the company. What do you suggest?

through adobe policy server you can give only online access to the document(means that document will not be opened unless user is authenticated with the policy server) and assign policy to user to restrict him only printing and filling in form fields.

Also you can revoke that document after sometime.
