I inherited a process map w/ javascript in the common functions area. I would like to move it to an external file. Should I put that file in the applications directory along w/ the jwf and jrl?

The applications folder is used specifically for the AWS Administrator for writing and reading purposes - placing 3rd party files within that folder is not recommended as it may cause AWS Admin to 'hic-up'. I would suggested to place it within either the Intrinsics or Data directory and path accordingly.

We have .jsc file and we place it in the application directory. The file has to be deployed to the server as well.

So, it has to be in the same directory as the process map and roleset?

I have not been able to put it anywhere else.
