We have occasional missing data on our form as it goes through the workflow process. Specifically today a secretary filled out a new client matter form. When the Client Service Rep (CSR) received it, the Resp Atty and Orig Atty info was gone.
Our Submit button checks for missing data and it would not let the secretary submit it if it was missing.
Also, if I go into the CSR's worklist and open this particular item, the data is missing. Another time this morning I went in, noticed that the item was read only, and when I opened it the data was there.
Has anyone ever heard of this before.
