Thumbnails with LiveCycle Content Services

Content Services users may be interested in the steps I went through to get the Thumbnails project from the Alfresco Forge to work with LiveCycle Content Service ES. I did this to get thumbnails and coverflow support in FlexSpaces when running on LC CS. Even though I skipped the steps to merge jsp changes, the Create thumbnails of the item action was available and working in Contentspace.
