Lucy, the German Shepherd. She's 8 now but shows no signs of slowing down, although she's getting a bit grey around the muzzle. Our extended family has always kept german shepherds, it's sort of a tradition.
Thanks Steve :) That's from the first roll of black and white film I put through my camera. We were having a picnic under the apple tree in our back garden, and Russ had got fed up with posing so I started photographing the dog instead!

I wish I would have had a camera this morning. Honey Bee goes under the blankets and makes like a undersea monster while Buttercup bites at her through the blankets. It is a better show than TV.
THANKS for the compliments!!! The Brothers seem to get better reviews than my human models (male or female)... LOL
I've done Christmas and Halloween cards with their pics on. I'll try and put those up when I get home tonight. The Brothers don't like wearing the costumes though, so we haven't done any in a few years... ;-)
Paulie is a REAL ham though. I'll try and get this B&W Infrared portrait I did of him up too, so you can see what I mean...
I sure think so! ;) This is Jesse as a young pup ... fully asleep in his water bowl. :D
Ken, those cats are cute.
I really do like seeing all the pets. It's nice to know we have all these pet lovers here. :)
DS, I want to bring that photo into photoshop, select the black dog, after outlining a few pixels inside of the outline using the pen tool, apply 8 pixels of feathering then command-M do curves adjustment to just ever-so-slightly bring up the black hooligan enough to show better, but not enough to disturb the overall realism of the shot.
