Apple and Iphone Exports are not viewable on PC

Ok I am sure someone can tell me rather quickly why any video I export using the AppleTV or Iphone settings in Premiere CS4 won't play on a pc and have a bad flicker between green and the video.

I have soloutions i can use, but they take extra steps. Any quick fast fix in Adobe CS4 for export ?

    Hello ecarter ,

    There is no preset for Iphone in H.264 format.How come you are selecting the same? Regarding Apple TV , which player are you using to playback the file. I used Elecard MPEG player and did not notice any flicker.

    Premier CS4 and the Media Encoder, problem playing H.264 encoded video in iTunes

    He has the same problem.
    Playback under Itunes/Quicktime on something encoded for the AppleTv/Iphone using the progressive 720p setting flickers. I suspect becuase it is Progressive.
