Are there plans on offering this service commercially anytime
soon? Our organization would love to use this tool, however the
terms of service explicitly denies this type of usage currently.

Adobe does not intend to make a commercial offering out of
JamJar to the best of my knowledge. I have been using it for work
related collaboration for the past several months and it has been
quite helpful. I just make sure that the content I store up there
is stored somewhere else as well.
Realize that the Notifications feature is not functioning
most of the time - so you have to manually let folks know when
changes have been made to the space.
