If you want to put them sid by side go to image/canvas size and enlarge the sides to accomodate the 3 pictures.  Then just drag them into one and position.

PSP isn't letting me see the photo as I drag it. I can only see the dotted border. Microsoft Paint lets me do this opaque or no opaque with out a hitch except it wont let me do the larger photos.

If I read this correctly to drag a whole picture into another you need to be in the move tool mode.  You won't see the picture move, but the cursor will change when the 2 pictures are layered.

If you have the dotted border (marching ants?) you are selecting part of image, then you need to do a copy/paste.

if you want to have those 3 pictures in the same file, one on top of the other on different layers then go to File->Scripts->Load Files into Stack

Well then File->Automate->Photomerge will stitch them into a panorama

In my post #1 perhaps I should have mentioned that to drag one photo into another use the Move Tool (top arrow).

If it is a panorama shot then do a Zeno said in last post.

In addition to the approaches mentioned already you can also do it very quickly and easily with IrfanView, a popular, free program. Open IrfanView and then click on Image > Create Panorama. In the resulting dialog box choose either horizontal or vertical orientation, select your three files and hit Create Image. A very fast operation.

    Believe that started with CS3.

I don't have CS3 installed anymore; But one can access if from within Photoshop and or Bridge. In Bridge I think it's Tools/Photoshop/Photomerge or similar syntax. It's not THAT hard to find.
