The Coldfusion tag library for Dreamweaver CS4 is incomplete.  <cfdiv>, <cfpod> , and other tags are missing. Also, many ColdFusion functions are not listed in the resources tab.  Why is this?  Does anyone know where can I obtain a complete Coldfusion tag library?

You will need to get the ColdFusion 8 Update for Dreamweaver:

http://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html#cfdevtools

I don't use Dreamweaver but there is a nice, free AIR application called CFDocs that contains all the function and tag details for ColdFusion 8. I just checked and both cfdiv and cfpod are in there (I am pretty sure it's got the complete set of functions and tags but am not 100% sure).

Unfortunately,. it didn't do it for me.

Perhaps some explanation.  I just "discovered" the cfdbinfo tag.  I went into dreamweaver and tried to use it (expecting it's wonderful tag based help popups).  No luck.  I installed the cf8 that was mentioned, but still no luck.

Suggestions?

Bobby

It was missing for me as well. They must have forgotten to add it to the CF8 update. I just installed the extension for CF9, and it's added to that version.
