Javascript error occurred

Hi everyone,

 

I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 and sometimes I got this problem. Not all pages will come out with this error though.

What does make this error happen?? Can anyone tell me why and how to fix it?

    Usually carrying out #4 fixes the issue - deleting the FileCache.dat file.

    Nadia has pointed you to the correct Adobe technote. You could also have found the same information by looking at the Dreamweaver FAQ, which is linked to at the top right of the forum.

    Not sure if everyone sees the same as I do David, but that Top Right Box is not always visibile. You have to press the Overview button and the next time you don't see it when you go back to discussions.

     

    Wonder if there is anyway to make that a real 'sticky'  - in that it stays there without having to press the Overview button  ??  I'm sure lots of people don't even realise it's there half the time.

    That's why there's an announcement at the top of the page telling people how to see the Useful Links box. The other way to see it is to click the Dreamweaver breadcrumb.
