CF8 Extensions - cfdbinfo

I recently installed the CF8 Extensions and I am getting the following error when I right click to edit the tag.

 

"While executing onLoad, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

 

At Line 41 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\TagLibraries\cfml\cfdbinfo.htm":

theDBInfoTypeCap is not defined

 

This is apparently trying to populate the drop down list of DB types. Not sure if this is a Vista file location problem. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

    This is actually a problem with the extensions file.

     

    It is possible that your extension is not compatible with CS4. I would suggest contacting the developer.

    Maybe I should be more clear: This is the Adobe ColdFusion Update for Dreamweaver provided at http://www.adobe.com/support/coldfusion/downloads.html to include the CF8 tags into DW.

     

    They work fine on another developers machine but not on mine. The only difference is XP on his vs Vista on mine. We are both using CS4.

     

    Thanks for the suggestion of contacting the developer but in this case I would be contacting Adobe. Therefore, I hoped the forums would be the fastest path to resolution.

    Did you install the update as administrator?

    I have local admin rights on this machine with my user account.

     

    Late breaking news: We just installed on another developers machine using XP and he is getting the same error.

    Sorry that I cannot help further, my suggestion would be to contact Adobe!

     

    Not recommended but try copying the file from the machine that it works on, onto your machine!!

    I have found another big clue. In one of the included js files from the machine that is working it is referencing a loc_strings folder inside the tagLibraries/cfml folder. It is apparently using this to load the values. This folder is missing on both machines that are not working. I have not copied this folder over yet to see if that fixes the problems, does anyone know what/when this folder is originally created?

    Try:

    Uninstall extension -> turn off user account control -> reinstall.
