Image stabilizer for Premiere Pro CS4?

I have some footage shot on a boat and would like to stabilize some of the up and down movement.  Avid and Final Cut have image stabilization as part of their software, but I do not see it in PP CS4 (I'm new to Premiere Pro). Is there a third party plug in that will work on the MAC side?  Does Magic Bullet Steady work with Premiere?  Thanks!

I'd check out Mercalli, though I do not know about its use in CS4, or on the Mac. I'm sure that the site will have all of that info, and IIRC, they do have a trail.

Good luck,

Ann,

Thanks. That blows it for the OP then. At least you saved them having to look.

Appreciated,

Just to update the thread - there is now a version of Mercalli for the Mac.

Premiere does not come with a stabilizer. There used to be one for Premiere 2: Steady Move (imo did not do a good job)

AE has a pretty good stabilizer.

MB Steady only works with AE and FCP.
