New generation of forum participants

Look at the questions on the Photoshop forum. These are mostly questions from the new beginners with the same level of issues we used to have when we were just getting started. It's time for them to have at it on their own. They will work things out among themselves with Adobe Expert help.

 

The warhorses that have been so helpful on the forums for the past decades are now gone to greener pastures. I'm joining that crowd, so thanks for the professional expertise and help through the years, plus a sense of humor that has meant a lot, plus an occasional aside.

    I am reallly getting tired of seeing so many good folks saying goodbye. 

     

    Try to keep in touch Ken.  I'll miss the photos of the fur-kids.

    Another one for Adobe to take notice of... x10 people abandoning the forums...

     

    "Forum Participants... the Next Generation" -- only without Picard, so it'll suck for sure.

    In a massively unlikely confluence of internet surprises, this thread comes to William Shatner's attention. He reads it, then demands his personal assistants track down Dave's phone number.


    Shortly after dinner, the phone rings. It's Shatner.


    Dave quickly tries to swallow his last bite of food and gain his composure. He can think of only one thing to say:


    "I caught you a delicious bass. Wanna play me?"

    Getting farther off topic:

     

    Anyone watch the rerun of Big Bang Theory last night?

     

    The guys all went to a Renaissance Fair. Sheldon complained the whole time about how everything was not authentic, etc. They mentioned 1/2 way through the show that they should go back to the Fair and Sheldon complained about it. One of the guys suggested that he dress up as Spock and act like he was traveling back in time to explore the place. So at the end of the show, they're all there dressed up and here comes Sheldon in the back dressed as Spock with his phaser and all.

     

    OMG it was funny...makes me want to do something nerdy like that just for kicks.
