Content Management System Plug-in or Joomla???

I am looking for a good CMS extension to Dreamweaver. Does anyone have a good one that they recommend?

There's a new one that just posted last week called Gerobase and then one called GenB.

Has anyone tried any of these? How do they perform?

Any opinions on Joomla?
