Ja, Distiller is the workaround, and even that doesn't work reliably. It's sooo much nicer to be able to command-E from InDesign to make a pdf. That's what Freehand MX needs: A strong PDF engine from inside the program.
"Freehand MX version 10 11.0.2 build 92 rocks"
You're preachin' to the choir!
I thought it was version 11. Somehow, yesterday, my installed version looked like it said 10.0.2 - I just checked it and indeed
it' says 11.0.2 build 92 today. YES!!! Glad that was just a mis-read on my part and I don't have to dig out the update patch disk again.
Thanks for the confirmation reminder.
Do you realize what the 11.0.2 build 92 is going to be worth on Antiques Roadshow?
Have you seen the price for a unblemished 1956 Fender Stratocaster and amp?
Have you seen the price for Ming Dynasty china?
You get the idea. A mint copy of Freehand MX on CD will bring Radio Flyer wagons full of cash.
Why don't you delete the other OT posts in this thread (i.e. Everything after post # 4)

Heh! New that wouldn't last long with Hitler around!
So, here's what I posted, WITHOUT the profanity:
Why don't you delete everything else that is OT in this thread (i.e. everything after post #4)
Ah ha! It knew I'd be back!
