Adobe Air Uploader

Wednesday, August 5, 2009 11:09:48 AM PDT
When I log into Photoshop.com there is not a section labeled "New Stuff". I can log into my url home page but to simply log into Photo
shop.com will not work. "Sending" message endlessly continues. So if the above does not work, how do I go about downloading the app?

Re: Adobe Air Uploader

The section that was called "New Stuff" is not called "News".  If you log into your account on photoshop.com, you'll see your homepage.  On the left-side of the screen, you should see a link that's currently titled "Uploading made easy" in the News section.  If you click on the link, and follow the instructions, you should be able to install the AIR Uploader.

Install PSE onto the new system, login to your Photoshop.com account, and turn on backup/sync; the files will start to ust copy down. That's it!

Re: Adobe Air Uploader

Only albums you create in Photoshop Elements are backed up to Photoshop.com; all shares from Photoshop Elements aren't sent along to Photoshop.com.

You can think of My Library as all the photos that are uploaded into your Photoshop.com account (sort of like your entire catalog in PSE), and My Gallery as a listing of the shared albums that you've created. You can view all Albums and all photos in your My Library, but My Gallery just shows you the ones that you've shared.
