Contact Support Nightmare

i cant re-activate my serial number and was asked to contact the activation center and speak to a CSR, i have been trying for 1 week now and i am always put on hold for over 30 mins at one time. I registered online and complained and have my case opened for 2 weeks now and no one is bothered to reply. I feel so helpless as i dont know who to talk to, its as if Adobe does not want people to buy their softwares anymore and to encourage pirated version and it a LOT easier than original one to install. After paying so much for my CD3 Design premium i dont have any support.


I was really surprised and scared to see all complains about Adobe support and makes me wonder about ever being helped. Is there anyone who knows anyone important enough to get in touch with, who will even bother to listen to my problem. Please help.
