Published movie will not run

I have been trying to run a movie that I have published, and it won't run.

 

The movie has 420 slides in demonstration mode only and is about 70mb. When I try to run it it gets to about half way and freezes. There is nothing fancy in the files a bit of fmr and lots of mouse movement and clicks. I am converting them to Exporting html and generate autorun for CD.

 

I have tried the disk on several computers and it won't work on any of them.

 

If I split it into two movies they both work perfectly.

 

Is there a maximum size a movie can run to as I don't believe 70mb is a large file. Is there something I am missing here?
