The Flex cookbook link was just an example of one of several cookbook applications supported by Adobe and they all leverage this same feedback forum, so this forum is not specific to the Flex Cookbook, but for all cookbook applications.

We are currently re-examining the best way to position the cookbook feedback forum, but for now, this is where the forum will live.
