I find the top of the website to loud and in your face. I think I'd prefer something a little more toned down. Smaller type. The site has you looking at the top of the page rather than looking at the content in the middle of the page.

    g,

I would suggest your contracting the central part of the NGP Tax heading and the right hand side part below it, to reduce the total width so fewer visitors get a bottom scroll bar.

It's good that you are asking for feedback.

My eye doesn't know where to go on your site. As a site designer, you need to guide me first to the most important information, and then down through the hierarchy.

Secondly, the eye wants organization, and some aspects of your visual presentation confuse that.

Thirdly, what are you trying to convey visually about the company? Dark red and black without other visuals creates a hostile impression.

I would add that the images are pixeled and repetitive, like the hands shaking, that would change for a better look.

I agree with many comments made here. I think the top header area needs to be simplified, cleaned up. There is too much going on.

At first I thought the words in the boxes above the content wew links, this area is very confusing and distracting.

I also recommend no scrolling in the content area.

I peaked at the code, scary stuff :-) Do you own Dreamweaver? It ships with some decent starter layouts you can plug your images and content into that has decent code.

Hope thisdoesn't seem harsh, trying to help:-)
