Logging in

Interested to start using Adobe Story as we are just beginning a new project, but I dont seem to be able to log in. I have an AdobeID, as exemplified by me creating this post, and I have tried on two different machines in both Firefox 3.5 and IE7. Photoshop.com works fine, but no response from Story when trying to log in. I enter the email and passord, click "Sign In" and there is no repsonse.

 

Thanks for any help.

    Hello,

     

    Sorry for the inconvinence. We are facing some network issues because of which Story is unavailable for now. We are currently working on it and will update you through this forum once the application is back online.

    Hi,

     

    There were some network issues due to which we were temporarily unavailable. Now we are back up and running! Please explore Adobe Story and tell us what you think. We would love to hear from you!

    I still get a "Sign-In" Error, whenever I try to login.

    There seems some problem with ID as you are facing problem in loggin into Adobe Story and Photoshop.

     

    Could you please try the following steps:

    • Use "Forgot      Password" in Adobe Story
    • Reset password and then try      to login

     

    If this doesn't work then you may consider creating another account with Adobe Story.

    Mmh, I can use this Login for both the forum and ps.com and this works 

    fine. I will give it another try, and create a new id, if this does 

    not help...

    Hey guys!

    I have a problem and this topic seemed like right place to ask.... The thing is, that I don't get any verification e-mail... I hit resend several times, I tried it on Photshop.com, which worked, but when I try to log in under Adobe Story it still says that I need to verify my e-mail.I even tried it with another address, but still no luck... So please help me out here. I'm very curious about Story.

    Hi,

     

    Here are few quick things you can try:

    1) If you already have an account working on photoshop.com, try login with that account in Adobe Story. It should ask you to accept the Term of Use and on accepting that, you should be able to login.

    2) Check that the verification mails are not going into Spam.

     

    Else, this could be a network issue and it may take few minutes to recieve the verification mail.

    Hey!

    First of all, thanks for the quick reply! Good work, you guys!

     

    I checked the Spam folder and it's not in it.

     

    My account works on photoshop.com, but it still doesn't work on Adobe Story. After hitting "Sign In" it just scrolls to the side and says that I need to verify my email first and that an email with the Verification link was send to me. But I never received any, so I hit "Resend". But still no verification email...

     

    It could be a network issue, I guess, so I will wait until tomorrow, though, I created the account already a couple of hours ago...

    Hey Folks....

     

    Well, unfortunately the problem still exists... I waited several hours, checked spam folders, I tried it with different accounts and email-addresses, but I just don't receive any verification-mail...

    Isn't there any other way to login, or verify my address for Story?

    Or maybe a download for the offline application?

    Hi Benny,

     

    Thanks for trying it again. We regret you are not able to use the application yet.

     

    Could you please try to register with Adobe Story by using another email id? There should not be any problem with the browsers you have mentioned.

    Hi Benny,

     

    We tried creating new account on Story and there doesn't seem any problem. Verification E-mail comes within few seconds. Can you let us know where is your E-mail account. So that we can also try if the problem is any specific to that.

    Hey!

     

    My email account is at GMX, but I tried it with Yahoo and Google Mail as well. Also, I tried it on another PC and a Mac, with Firefox, Safari and the Internet Explorer.

    Is there maybe any regional restriction? I live in Germany.

    Hi,

     

    We regret that you are still facing problems logging in. We don't have any regional restrictions at our end so this should be some other issue. I'll repeat the steps for having an account on Adobe Story once again, just to make sure that we are not missing something:

     

    1) Go to https://adobeshuhpoonu.adobe.com/#o

    2) Click on 'Create New Account' button

    3) Fill up the signup form.

    4) On pressing OK, dialog appears that says that 'verification' email is send.

    5) Go to the email account that was registered during signup. 'Verification email' should come.

    Hey guys!

     

    I finally made it. I couldn't fix my issues with the Story-Login, so I created a completely new account directly on Photoshop.com. There I got the verification email right away, so I finally could login with that account on Adobe Story. Halleluja!

     

    Kind of odd, that it didn't work directly via Adobe Story, but hey... I won't complain

     

    Anyway, thanks for the help! I really appreciate it!

     

    PS.: Since I've now got a lot of unused accounts... is the any way I could close them?

    Its great to hear that you are now able to Signin on Story. Please try it out and let us know howz your experience with it. Any kind of suggestion is most welcome.

     

    I doubt whether you can close your unused accounts but I can corroborate this only after some more investigation.
