Open multi-page PDF in Illustrator

Does anyone know of a script that would allow Illustrator CS4 to open all pages of a PDF, instead of opening one page of the PDF at a time?

Thanks for the link. The script that Mario mentioned looks like it would be just what I need. I downloaded it but can't figure out how to actually use it. I posted a comment to Mario so hopefully he will let me know.

Unzip the file which places an .app on the desktop. Have AICS4 running and drag a multi-page PDF file onto the .app icon. All there is to it.

Larry,

Thanks. The script works great on a Mac, but not on PC. If there's a similar script for PC, would love to hear about it.
