i have excel file with price
then i convert this file to acrobat pdf
after i sent email with pdf
have my customer change this price(excel file)? (sample change count)
or i must attachment excel file into pdf?
It would be best to send the Excel file. Excel would be more efficient and your customer will likely have trouble editing the pdf.
Your customer can make changes to pdf (converted from excel) only if he is using Acrobat, without that we can not make changes to pdf.
Ussually i send customer big price (100 position). Customer choose 10-20 position. i too think excel file is good idea, but don't acrobat. it is pity.
