      Support, I downloaded Livecycle ES2 for vmware. The installation into my vm

      worked fine, server started, web page does not display on port 8080.

       

      Default setup, no modifications to the configuration.

      Log in as root to the VM using the VMware Client interface.  Start a command shell.

       

      Run the command ifconfig and determine the IP address the VM has picked up from your DHCP server.  Then try:

      http://ip_address:8080/adminui

       

      Also, run the command netstat -an | grep 8080 to see if that port is being LISTENED on.
