When I attempt to use the acrobat.com link I get the acrobat.com screen with all the links grayed out and a message that says "You are not connected to the internet, Acrobat.com requires an internet connection. We'll wait while you connect."
I have uninstalled and reinstalled all my adobe products and cannot figure out what the issue is. This has worked fine on my computer for several weeks. I am running Vista at my home office and xp at work and starting this morning I am having this same issue at both.
is the error message I've received repeatedly, this seems to be the only post that is similar but it doesn't give any suggestions, help please!
As of November 4, 2010, the Acrobat.com desktop application is no longer supported. Please access the service using a web browser by going to www.acrobat.com.
