how to get this done in dreamweaver

Hello,
I got a slider that I am using but the problem is that it is using AP Div tags and with that when the browser window resizes the slider moves. what I want to do is center it and keep it from resizing or moving around.
When I change it to a regular div it just get all jumbled up.
Can anyone please help?

Can I fix this in Dreamweaver? Please help
