I can type but my text stays the same size.  I tried tohighlight it and then change the text size or style but it won't change.

Is there a way to put in an adobe editor with the features in the one in this forum.  This one is nice because it has tables but at the same time it is simple.  Heidi

You change your text size here:

As for an editor like the one in this forum... it is supplied by JIVE SOFTWARE

There are several other platforms out there that are free & have similar editors. You might look at Joomla,Wordpress, etc.

    No problem Heidi,

your main issue atm is that the page itself isn't quite put together properly. If your text were in paragraph, you would be able to change the text size. You also need to enable that in the "properties" within Dremweaver.

You need to select the <div> that you want editable, choose Insert--> InContext--> Editable Region, then on the bottom in the "Properties" bar choose some or all of the options.

If you haven't done so already, I would HIGHLY recommend going through the video tutorials on Adobe and create a page using their samples. Then you can view the code (or other peoples InContext code) and apply it properly to what you are trying to achieve.

Create editable pages in Adobe Dreamweaver CS4.

I think you'll get more from that, rather a book.

    Good Luck,

    -Tom
