Cannot create Flash Player Trust file (Windows 7)

Hi,

 

I installed the latest Flash Builder eclipse plug-in on my new Windows 7 computer and when I run eclipse I get the following error messages:

 

An internal error occurred during: "Creating Adobe Flash Player trust file..."

com/adobe/flexbuilder/project/playertrust/IPLayerTrustEvent

     and

An internal error occurred during: "Creating Adobe Flash Player trust file..."

com/adobe/flexbuilder/utils/osnative/NativeControl

 

Does anyone have any idea how to get around this problem?

    Same here.

     

    i will just and that in my case it is 64bit windows 7 with 64bit Java installed.

    Yes that's my situation also... 64bit.

    I installed the standalone version and it worked.

    thats not realy the solution

    it work on standalone all the time

     

    anyone has any idea whats with the plugin ?

    Hi there,

    For the plug in version, you will need to use a 32 bit versionof Eclipse and a 32 bit JVM. Also, you should be able to use a 64bit JVM in 32 bit mode by adding -d32 to the vmargs in the eclipse.ini file.

     

    The standalone version contains its own 32 bit JVM so it doesn't use the system JVM.
