Flash builder crash

I have logged this bug at https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FB-26219 but did not get any response

Please goto https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FB-26219 to see screenshots

 

1.Create a Flex library project
2.Set its output folder other than default e.g. D:\libs
3.Add the output folder D:\libs in library path of this project

 

4.Compile the project, FB generates a .swc in the output folder.

 

5.Either
  re-launch FB
  OR
  Close the project and then open it
