Hello
I have designed a very extensive website and it's almost ready to go live. However, my client has just told me that they're thinking of buying Contribute so they can edit pages, add case studies, news items and add links to newsletters etc. themselves.
As I know nothing about Contribute, and before I tell my client to go ahead and purchase it, should they have mentioned it before I started the website? Do you need to make provisions in Dreamweaver for a person to edit via Contribute?
Thanks
Hi, Vicky,
In the site setup section there is a Contribute tab. Checkmark the "Enable Contribute Compatibility". It should walk you through the setup steps. It's been some time since I set one up so I can't recall exactly what you do. I do remember it wasn't particularly difficult. Hope that helps.
