Can´t install kuler desktop - AIR shutting down, what to do?

Hi,

Now I have tried to install kuler desktop many times (and uninstalled/reinstalled AIR in between), but all I get is an error saying that the Adobe AIR Application Installer have encountered a problem and must shut down. Does anyone of you here att the forum know something about this error and what to do about it?

 

Any hints on this matter would be much appreciated

    Update: I have read all possible related links that I´ve found, but sadly none of them really address my problem.

    So, please help out on this one if you can.

    Are you able to install any other AIR app?

    Kuler desktop might have issues with older version of AIR.

    Thanks for your answer but no I haven´t got any other AIR apps and both installers for AIR and kuler desktop should be the latest ones as I downloaded them from the kuler site.
