Stratus non-commercial Terms of Use

Dear Adobe advisers,

 

I would like to check whether a site like Chatroulette violates Stratus Terms of Use for non-commercial service.

 

Can Adobe clarify on 'non-commercial' use?

 

Or can a site like Chatroulette or other similar site use Stratus instead of LCCS?

    There are dozen of Chatroulette-clone that uses Stratus.

     

    Seems like "non-commercial" is up to one's own interpretation and Stratus is up to uses as one seems fit.

    Developers who are interested in a commercial version of RTMFP, do have the option to use LCCS.   Commercial usage for Stratus is still outside the EULA agreement signed by developers when they get their key.
