Error 3003 When loading Tweetdeck with Air

I've managed to load TweetDeck using Adobe Air on my large Acer Laptop using Win 7 Professional.

 

But when I try to load Tweetdeck on my Acer Aspire One Netbook using Win 7 Ultimate, I consistently get the #3003 error.

 

I am using the administrator account but still I get the 3003 error.

 

Mad that it works on one machine and not the Netbook.

 

Please give me the answer to this mad problem.
