Hi, I'm assuming you are wanting to update Flash Player? First you need to use the 32bit browser which is the default in Windows. Then you would download the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller to your Desktop:

IE at the end.

Download the Flash Player Installer for Internet Explorer to your Desktop here:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe

Uncheck any boxes that are optional that you don't want if they are listed.
