Sonata Std turns to Myriad !

I have A serious problem??  Everytime I use type tool in illustrator CS4 and choose Sonata Std font as a direct font for use and start typing, Illustrator switches this font to Myriad pro. Ok ! I can get the symbols from glyphs by clicking the symbol but it is not the same thing. It is very "slow" way to write musical symbols into my work.
